These terms govern your access to and use of the UFC Vet Consultant mobile application (the "App"), which allows veterinary doctors to manage bookings, calls, and chats with pet owners. By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

The App is intended for use by veterinary professionals and by pet owners booking or communicating with a veterinarian through the App. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Nature of the Service

The App is a scheduling and communication tool. It is intended to help veterinarians manage appointments and stay in touch with pet owners, and it does not replace an in-person veterinary examination. The App should not be relied upon for emergency situations; in an emergency, contact a veterinary clinic or emergency service directly.

Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree not to:

1. Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation with any clinic.
2. Use the booking, call, or chat features to send unsolicited, abusive, or unlawful messages.
3. Upload or transmit any file, link, or content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
4. Publish or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful through the App.
5. Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or other users' accounts.
6. Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Bookings, Calls, and Chats

Appointment availability, call connectivity, and message delivery depend on network conditions and are provided on a best-effort basis. Veterinarians are responsible for the professional advice and services they provide through the App; UFC Vet Consultant provides the platform that connects veterinarians and pet owners but does not itself provide veterinary advice.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, and content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Except as permitted by these terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content exchanged through the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any reliance on communications exchanged between veterinarians and pet owners.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or used the App in a way that is unlawful or harmful to other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this Usage Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
